Future MSMK playable character?

From the sneak peeks we got from MSMK, we haven't seen Riff at all even though he was in the trailer's thumbnail. This could mean Riff might become a playable character in the future.

What is your favourite monster class and why?

For me, it's the Paironormals. They are the first monsters who have different designs and sounds in the mirror timeline and because of Paironormal Carnival, they gave us a reliable way to get wildcards. Paironormal Carnival was also a breath of fresh air because it was the first quad breeding island we got ever since Magical Sanctum back in 2021.

A little fun fact about Minor Galymph

It has a ton more hand sprites that are currently not used in game. This could mean that Galymph might get a third track in the future.

I hope these happen

If paironormal carnival gets another verse (which it probably will), I hope Jerm doesn't play in it because you literally can't see its idle animation in the actual song.

Other things I hope for this new verse is a new track for The Inflatterer because its minor form is kind of underwhelming and a new track for Arcorina because it's kinda drowned out in the song because of the other monsters.

My Summersong 2026 predictions

All of these are basically confirmed, since:

The Magical Nexus book of monsters has a gap in the epics page.

The Epic Dreamythicals come out during seasonal events of the islands of their respective mythicals.

A new DOMA report came out today so we know that there's a new paironormal coming. The elements are just a prediction.

So now we know that this image is teasing a paironormal.

It has the number "432-232" which could be a typo since it's not a valid Hornsbostel-Sachs. The closest to this number is "423-232" and instruments classified with that number are valved horns.
