Restarted concerta and having trouble sleeping

I have been on concerta 18mg for about 6 months. I’m pretty sensitive to stimulants and when I tried adderall XR I couldn’t sleep for days. When I started concerta I had zero problems sleeping. I had some irritability when it was wearing off but slept great. About a month ago I had my gallbladder taken out unexpectedly and for obvious reasons was not taking my medicine. I’m also a teacher and it’s summer so I wasn’t in a big rush to start back. About a week ago I started back and couldn’t sleep at all the first night then subsequent nights it’s taking me a few hours to fall asleep which is not normal for me.
Has anyone else had this happen? Obviously I can’t go down on my dosage but I originally asked for an immediate release med but my dr wanted to try this first and it worked great until now.

How do i stop doom scrolling all day long while on summer break?

I doom scroll constantly. To the point I can’t even watch tv anymore. Nothing holds my attention. I’m a teacher and am on summer break and it’s all I can do. I have no motivation to do anything else.
What are some tricks you have for stopping?
I have tried screen time and i just cut it off. I go through phases where it’s worse and right now it’s pretty bad.

A few upset stomach questions following removal

I had my gallbladder out 2 weeks ago. I never had problems prior that I noticed and 2 weeks ago had a terrible attack and an infected gallbladder so they took it out. Recovery was super easy very minimal pain
But I struggle to eat much. I will say I’ve never eaten much. I am overweight but I truly eat like a bird (i think my food choices and soda are the problem) but now I’m eating one meal a day usually and 9 times out of 10 having diarrhea after. It’s extremely frustrating. I can eat fried foods no problem but it seems like dairy is the problem.
My questions are
1 will this go away or is it possible it goes away
2 am i making it worse by not eating much
3 will taking oxbile help
4 what are you eating if you can’t have dairy? Obv fruits and vegetables but every recipe I know has dairy pretty much so I’m struggling.

Gallbladder relief help

I started having back pain a few days ago but wrote it off as the bed being uncomfortable during our vacation. Now I’m in TN and ended up in the ER last night thinking I was having a heart attack or kidney stone due to the extreme pain. They found a large stone blocking my duct and suggested having it removed by a surgeon when I get back home (we leave this evening).
Pain meds in the ER took the pain from an 8 to maybe a 3. But the pain is unrelenting. I have no appetite so haven’t eaten but I’m wondering if anyone has found any relief until having surgery. At this point I’d go right now and have it out but I’d rather be home when I go.
Pain meds and heating pad are all I’ve done. Any other ideas? And how long does a pretty intense attack last?
