Invited Ivory

I'm still on Project D, just, no work available, I guess. Just got an email for Ivory. I don't see anything about not being allowed on more than one project. Anyone else in D but also invited to Ivory? If I accept I, will I be booted from D?

Unapproved/Approved

Anyone else getting whiplash? All week I put in a few hours, get timed out, then immediately unapproved. Log in the next day sometimes I'm Approved, other times I'm not. I wait for Approval, work a few hours, timed out, then immediately Unapproved. I'm annoyed and can't possible manage my time effectively or efficiently like this.

Missing hours

First time missing hours on my work order. I sent a very friendly ticket in so hopefully I don't get offboarded for being curious

Update: got a response and they are fixing it.

Video referring expression verification

Anyone else doing these?

Have you been working on these for a few days and have repeating videos often?

I have done the same like 15 videos over and over and over again for daysssss.

IG video conversations

Who has this task and is successful? I'm struggling finding pairs. Would like to hear how others are streamlining finding their video pairs.

Video segmentation and video segmentation review

If you have these tasks on your dashboard, you have others too? I only have these 2, and I'm so over them. Curious to know if those of us with these 2 tasks available only have these 2, or if some have other tasks to choose from. These are making me crazy! I'm ready to put my head through a wall! It may be time for me to take a break from working for a few days. This shits getting boringggggg

Task questions

If I'm having an issue with a task or have specific questions about a task, do I just send a zendesk ticket? Or do we have a task email for this purpose? This video segmentation task is confusing sometimes. Tje instructions say to cut at a new scene, then explains what that is, which includes takes. I'm on a video now that has people standing at a table, then the image shifts to a closer view of the same scene...isn't that a new take? Even though it's the same location? My QA results for previous tasks contradict each other and the task guidelines. The tutorial shows the easiest video to annotate, so it doesn't help with these harder ones.Wish they'd show difficult videos so we have a better idea of where to cut. While sarching through our million resource pages, the suggestion is "if you see something in a task that doesn't make sense, contact leadership via corresponding channels"...umm..wuts dat!? Lol, any help is appreciated!

Audio tasks and headphones

These audio tasks are taking its toll. But really, it's my headphones. Any great recommendations for headphones that don't put any pressure on the jaw? Don't enhance neck pain or trigger headaches/migraines? TIA!

You do realize that using an AI language model to write your captions for the AI language model we are building is absolutely , right? Just...take a moment and think about it...why would that be a problem? If you can't answer that question with common sense, then don't be pissed when you're offboarded. We are not to use AI to evaluate tasks and write prompts and captions for us. You'd think you'd remove the artifacts in the sentences yall copy and paste from whatever other model your using to do the work, but no...not even bright enough to make it look like you tried to write it yourself. Do better, people!

Got an email today, (first communication from rws in 20 days) saying I did well on the captioning task from last qeek and ive been chosen to review submissions and correct them if they are wrong. So far, I have had to fix 98% of the submissions. The instructions were so clear, add a new segment for each speaker and each turn the speaker takes. Say whether they are on screen, narrating, etc. Explain what they look like, what they're wearing what they're doing and of course accurately record what they're saying, when and how. If the quality of work I see on my end of this task is what is going around all over, I see why people are being offboarded. My suggestion is if you don't understand the task, don't do it. I have others on my dashboard that I just know I'll fuck up, so I don't even attempt. I go in, try and learn it and if I'm not confident I don't submit and I log off waiting for more tasks that align with my skills. Anyone else working on these reviews seeing the same thing?

I have 2 new tasks, temporal reasoning ordering sequencing and simultaneous events. Tjese seems difficult but maybe because I'm too stupid to write challenging questions, lol.

Seriously, though, is anyone working on these yet and had successful submissions? Most videos I can't even come up with a question, and when I do, I'm not getting any incorrect results to submit.

If you’ve been successful thus far, tell me how you're going about it.
