I have been working for that period and have not received and invoice. I might have made a mistake in the working hours report form as I might switch days with month. I sent an email expressing my concerns regarding the delay and regarding the time report mistake. I am so worried, and seriously considering quitting this. If you resonate with my experience, share it, it might help me.

Hey everyone, hoping someone here has already dealt with this.

I already have a task sitting in my queue on Multimango, Diamond/Echo side, passed the ASR Long Transcript quiz and got added not long ago. Got the whole guidelines email, bracket rules, filler word conventions, all that, no issues there. But I haven't actually started the task yet because I can't figure out how hours are supposed to be logged, and I don't want to start clocking work with no way to track it properly.

On other annotation work I've done there's usually a built in timer, you start it, do the task, stop it, done, it's tracked automatically. Multimango doesn't seem to have anything like that in the tool itself. No clock, no start/stop button, nothing I can find anywhere on the dashboard.

From what I've read around, it sounds like there's supposed to be a separate daily time tracking form (a Google Form maybe) tied to your Navision ID, apart from the actual task tool. Is that still how it works or did they change it recently? If it's a Google Form, does anyone have the current link, or is it something only sent through your talent manager or posted in Workzone.

Also curious how you all keep track on your own end before submitting, since apparently once you submit you can't go back and see or edit it. I'd rather set up my own tracking system before I even start the task instead of scrambling to remember hours after the fact. Saw a few posts here about people getting shorted 8+ hours and having to fight to get it fixed, so I'd rather not walk into that blind.

Appreciate any pointers, especially if you're also on Echo/Diamond and know exactly where to find the form. Thanks in advance, want to get it right before I click start.

i received an email instructing me to access the "MAI campaign" in my WorkZone account and sign the required documents (Objectionable Content Agreement, Facebook Trade Compliance & Background Check Agreement, and Identity Verification Consent Notice) for the Marble project.

However, after logging into my WorkZone account, I do not see the "MAI campaign" under the Campaigns section. As a result, I am unable to click "Apply for Campaign" or complete the required documents.

I have confirmed that I am logged into the WorkZone account associated with my RWS registration email.

Support we will with a generic boilerplate email stating they can't adjust records, that missing hours won't be compensated, and that further discrepancies will lead to "potential offboarding." For example, lets say you put it in the wrong time or your time sheet didn't go through, they will penalize you....

Yes, this is what puzzled me. In the past, I was told that if I made a mistake on my timesheet, such as entering the wrong email address for the confirmation email or if the timesheet did not send successfully, I could be offboarded if I contacted them to ask whether they had received it.

Just be careful.

35 min AHT is impossible lol

The shortest one I have done so far in this new batch is 45 minutes and that was tough. If they want quality work, there is no way it can be done in 35 min.

Anyone been invited to a project after project D offboarding?

Just curious.

I got invited for a new batch in Round 1.5

The email says fixed AHT is 35 minutes per item, but payment says 0.5 hours per item, which is only 30 minutes.

At 35 minutes per task, the effective rate would be about $17.14/hour, not $20.

Am I missing anything?

So I got an email from RWS saying I am invited to a project. They said they have reconsidered my application after they rejected it before. I got very excited cos this will be the first time I will be working with RWS. So I followed all instructions, took all the tests and passed with flying colors. After that they told me to set up my Tipalti account and register with Multimango. I finished all of it and also submitted the Google form as confirmation. But now its been 3 weeks and I still haven't started. I emailed them about the project and they did reply. They said just check Workzone to see if there are new projects. I checked but there is none. They said just keep on training as it will increase my chances for other projects. Like WTF, I thought I was already invited and even passed the qualification quiz. Maybe the employees at RWS have nothing no to do and just pretend they are working when the boss is around, by pranking new applicants for non existent projects.

Did s2s elo change the name to be: live voice conversation ranking? and do I just choose special task on the time report form?

Anyone else get paused recently. This probably due to my lack of activity seeing that I’ve had the same task for over 8 weeks !!!

I was offboarded a few months ago from project D, there is not chance to be invited again, right? I have been working in other training platforms but project D has been the best one so far.

I click on the link to access Ivory project round B but then it says "email address" does not have access to this screen. Is that because I'm still showing available access to round 1.5?

I got invited to the RWS e 2026 project and completed everything they asked for. I accepted the RWS Group Data Collection Agreement and finished the identity verification as well.

It's been about 6–7 days now, but I haven't received any further instructions or next steps.

Has anyone else experienced this? How long did it take for you to hear back?

I found RWS on LinkedIn and I'm currently on the Vendor Terms and Conditions page, but I haven't accepted it yet. For those who have worked with RWS, is it worth joining? It's my first time, so I'd appreciate hearing about your experience.

What task/tasks are you guys currently working on?
