I'm watching Diaphones livestream rn as I play of course and it's just always entertaining, it's a good game to study people that play my main and matches always have a fun pace and flow to em, the different ways people move. And it's a good looking game obviously, excited for it to get tournament attention.

Really been my only issue (that and a surgery hook just went horizontal please get these out of my mouth), surgery went well, I have energy, can speak, I've moved to slightly thicker drinks and consistently eat, cold and heat applied, all the things that I'm meant to be doin and happening are except for the swelling which has damn near just stayed the same. Is this normal for anyone else's experience, is it still going to reduce at the same rate eventually, any advice would help.

I find stuff like this malen femalen, the humming of the concepts, the airsick lowlander, to be less representative of a different culture in this world and more like pulling the string on a toy. I know these are all ideas that within the story itself have greater depth, have a larger world building impact but the actual reading of it never feels like I'm learning about a truly unique culture within the Cosmere as they say one or two things on top of frankly speaking in a normal cadence. I dunno if that's a hot take, tell me if it gets better, but dude I really think this man could kill with some conlang practice, there needs to be a greater variety in the actual text of the different cultures to represent that, imo ig.

The world building is never an issue it's the prose, it's the conversation itself, the culture and depth behind his world is evident but the dialogue of the characters themselves come short of representing that in their dialect, like Rock my king and his Airsick shit, which I'm a lil sick of.
