I’ve been doing Spanish. Over the past two weeks I’ve done about 1-2 lessons per day and each lesson has mostly new words. It’s very irritating as it’s introducing new words but then not letting me practice them. The topic says “course update: learn new words” and there’s a total of 6 topics that say that, each with 12 levels.

Is this a glitch or is it supposed to be like this? How do I stay motivated through these levels when I’ve no idea what is going on? It’s too many new words too fast. I’m on day 450 of my streak and have enjoyed learning Spanish until now but this is making me feel like deleting the app.

Already went to two boots branches, first one told me to go to the second one, second one said they only stock them online. The minor injuries unit said to go to boots. The person needing it already spent a considerable time in an NHS facility and has been told to buy it elsewhere, she is here travelling and now stuck in the hotel. We’ve accepted rest of holiday she won’t be able to leave the hotel but moving is very challenging and ultimately she needs to be able to fly home so we don’t have time to wait for a delivery.

I’ve been running around with two small kids trying to find somewhere and I’m a cancer patient in a lot of pain. So I would appreciate any replies from anyone who actually knows where I can get one for sure.

I thought we could all share tips.

My first tip is university of Bristol’s senate house. The ground floor is accessible for all, you don’t need to be a student or staff member. There are tables, sockets, water dispensers, toilets, a reasonably priced cafe and air conditioning. Now most students are away there’s lots of space too.

I am fed up that they are always on the way. I have spent some time online looking for something just right that doesn't cost an arm and a leg, but it's difficult to know what to get as different councils have different recycling bin dimensions. Do you have a tried and tested product in your garden? Please tell me more about it!

Sorry if not allowed. I’m looking at ways to get past the paywall to read something from a tabloid I don’t want to pay for. I know how to do this with major English speaking tabloids but these sites for bypassing paywall don’t seem to work for a Finnish one.

It has come time to replace old treated timber decking, and I have been gathering quotes. One builder says to go composite, other says to go hardwood. Both agree cost is about the same. Any experiences?

I am concerned that I am terrible at home maintenance as it is and wood would require me to get my act together (I’m currently disabled and who knows about the future). On the other hand, the composite decking I’ve seen (my neighbour) looks like tacky plastic, and I don’t think that’s my vibe. Help a woman decide!

I need to drop someone off at Bristol airport next week. I am a nervous driver and I’ve found different sets of instructions and prices online. I like to look up the route on street view before driving there. Could anyone who has dropped someone off recently advise please?
