How is performance in BTA vs. RT?
I'm thinking about reinstalling BT and one of the big mods.
I enjoy RogueTech, but it strains my PC (8GB VRAM/16GB RAM).
Is BTA likely to be any better in that respect?

There's a map the *looks like* NZ, but if you look closely you can see that it's actually Hay Beroind.

>Mask (Creature). Choose a creature type other than the target’s actual type. Spells and other magical effects treat the target as if it were a creature of the chosen type.
Permanently masking yourself as some other creature type seems to bring only mechanical advantages. For example, there are quite a few negative spells which target humanoids only: Charm Person, Dominate Person, Hold Person, Soul Cage, Crown of Madness, etc.
EDIT: Assume that sufficient downtime is available.
I have a fence which I think would last several more years if it got $200 worth of maintenance.
I get on fine with my neighbours, but some things they've said make me think they would rather hasten its demise and replace it because they don't like the style of fence. However, I don't think there's any reasonable argument that it is not fit for purpose if maintained. It's a slatted "goodneighbour" (symmetrical) fence which is well made and seems to have suited everybody fine in the past.
Can a fencing notice be used to force them to help maintain the fence? Can they refuse to maintain the fence and then force me to pay for a new one years earlier than should be necessary?
I will of course talk to them first and try to negotiate a solution which suits everyone. I just want to know what my options are.
