Your first WTF Moment of Twin Peaks!

What was your first WTF moment of the Show when you first watched it?

Mine was the introduction of Maddy Ferguson! It was not only that they used Sheryl Lee, but also the way they depicted her with brown hair and these gigantic glasses that made her look like a nerd.

Up to that point the Show was relatively serious. With the introduction of Maddy / resurrection auf Laura, I was like WTF, where do they want to go with that.

FBI Jurisdiction, arresting Hookers crossing state lines in School buses and Philadelphia Field Office

Was it a joke or what was Lynch going at by locating the Blue Rose Task Force's field office to Philadelphia instead for example in Seattle or Portland, where of all places Blue Rose Task Force member Chester Desmond was arresting Hookers for crossing stateliness in school buses.

I know Lynch used to live in Philadelphia himself, but in-world, what's the point in specifically and even with onscreen location mentioning locating the FBI office in Philadelphia. Even though the shot of the building that was used as the Philadelphia FBI office is a building in Seattle.

Wouldn't have it make more sense to locate the FBI office in Seattle, much closer to where the actual events in-world take place like the Hooker arresting's, the plane landing in Portland and Twin Peaks.

The show makes a big deal about Jurisdictional authority, Ronette crossing state lines, making all this a FBI case, Cooper crossing into Canada and having to face consequences etc.. This would also have consequences about which FBI field office's case it would be to arrest hookers in Portland or investigate rape and murder cases in Washington. The Philadelphia FBI field office would have no business in that jurisdiction even within the FBI.

Why did Lynch despite all that go for Philadelphia as their Field Office?

Didn't Morpheus believe his own lies or why was he unable to grow hair when in the Matrix?!

Just sayin'! Neo and others are able to have nice hair in the Matrix despite being recently rescued and still bald. But Morpheus, our true believer, doesn't seem to believe enough to imagine himself some nice hair in the Matrix.

Intel AMT suddenly says "This computer does not support Remote Control Operations."

Hi,

I have an Asus Q670 Board that has Intel AMT on Board, which until recently worked fine. But suddenly now I get the Error Message "This computer does not support Remote Control Operations." Not allowing me to start, stop or reboot the PC. Also thew other feature like Remote VNC or SOL do not work anymore.

I can access the AMT WebUI but other than that everything else has stopped working.

I reseted the BIOS and AMT and Unprovisioned it, but I keep getting this error.

I updated to the latest AMT, which is Intel® Active Management Technology firmware version: 16.1.40-build 2765 and BIOS available, but this still doesn't help.

Anyone knows why this problem suddenly appeared and how to get all the options back like before?

Judy can't be tricked, trapped or defeated. Because it is in our house now and it can't be said out aloud.

What people who claim that Judy has been tricked, trapped and defeated forget or ignore is that Judy knows what the fireman knows and exists outside linear timelines and is thus aware of any and all plans the moment they are planned.

The Fireman acknowledges this with his words "It is in our house now" and "it can't be said out aloud".

No matter how clever the Plan is that Briggs, The Fireman or others develop to capture or defeat Judy, if they can make pea-brain Andy understand the plan, so will interdimensional Daemon Judy, who is always watching understand it.

The fireman delivers cryptic messages to Cooper, Andy and others in the hope to make them do and understand what he wants them to do, 430, "Two Birds with one Stone" etc.. And they act upon his orders.

But Judy knows about these plans the moment the Fireman conveys them to others and thus can counter them which ultimately results in Laura disappearing from Coopers hands when he tries to save her from death or Sarah not existing anymore when Cooper tries to bring Carrie Page to Twin Peaks, with Judy ultimately pulling the plug on Electricity and Cooper and Laura ending up unsettled in a "Dark Space Low" at the credit rolls.

No matter how you turn it, Judy can not be defeated.

It is happening again...

If the Giant/Fireman is worried so much about, in this case Maddy getting killed, why doesn't he warn Maddy, for example to run for her life or do something more useful than just appearing to Cooper in a Bar. Also the Giant is able to foresee even small details like the smiling bag and stuff or turn a London random into Green Glove Super guy and save the day. Then why not help Maddy more effectively? Is this warning not too little too late?

I finally understand what Cooper is doing here!

He is turning the imaginary door knob on the imaginary door to open it and leave the Black Lodge. The imaginary door was never locked all those 25 years he spent there, but he didn't know and no one told him. He just had to turn the imaginary knob to open it and could leave whenever he wanted.

Everything about John Wick is absolutely realistic. Except for this one scene.

Because that's what it really looks like at this place!

No way in hell you can sit there and calmly discuss business among honorable gentlemen. You can't even hear your own word let alone talk to someone else. Setting up a big ass shiny table?! Forget about it. They really dropped the ball on this scene...

Where is Maddy Ferguson?

If Cooper went back in time and saved Laura, Maddy must have been spared death too. Is there anything in the Frost Books about what happened to Maddy Ferguson?
