Motorbikes vs wildlife

I live in the wheatbelt outside Perth. Roos are a thing around here, foxes, 28's, Pink & Grays etc

What's peoples experiences with country roads and bikes? Is my logic of' well if it loud enough everything will hear me coming' laughable or legit ...?

July 13th 2026: The U.S. Department of Commerce and U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) are required to provide President Trump with the first status update on negotiations for critical minerals supply chain agreements

This stems from a January 14, 2026, presidential proclamation under Section 232 of the Trade Expansion Act. It followed a Commerce Department investigation finding that imports of processed critical minerals and derivative products threaten U.S. national security due to market volatility, foreign (especially Chinese) dependence, and declining domestic production.

The true silver deficit for the last 8 years exceeds 5 billion ounces.

Interesting article on The Silver Academy about how the Silver Institute has been playing with numbers (much like how true inflation numbers have been played with) to keep the true deficits look manageable.

The cracks are showing as we all know and when it erupts the repricing will be much more violent than most people expect.

Australia; Anyone buying scrap copper, smelting and selling kilo bars?

Seen lots of different people doing it lately, marketplace, ebay, Etsy, lloyds. There must be some strong demand?

Isn't this fun?

Fractured markets have wild violent swings before they destruct.

$10 drop on a Friday is normal. isn't it?

Grab some popcorn and some more physical and take a seat, the fireworks at the end will be beautiful. 🎆

So I don't have a price on how much I want for these so it's a 'as much as possible' answers. I'm in Perth and have listed them on marketplace with offers as a percentage of new price, but that involves the tedious process of doing a stock take. Scrap price is also a possibility.

Any suggestions?

I have a large qty (thousands) of Cabac copper lugs that I want to remove 5-10 microns worth of tin from them prior to smellting them into cast bars. What's the most efficient method?
