Anniversary character and arcana box selection help need

So far, from what I've seen in online videos, the premier choices have been: BG Charlotte, Waltz Asherah, Rosaria, and Emilly. For context, I am a casual PvE player, but I do want to have a strong team to clear more content. Carmen is the first and only SSR character that I have maxed out dupes, and I unintentionally got a dupe of Lyn through pulling. Who should I select? A good tank, another healer?

I am playing the official version on IOS, and I've got to say, you're telling me this is the "censored" version?! This puts most "uncensored" games to shame! This is a literal BD2-level design, maybe even surpassing it. Hats off to the devs for not "Snowbreak-ing" this game.
