Looking for guidance on exporting Calcite & Dolomite Powder (India-based manufacturer)

Hi everyone,

I run a mineral manufacturing unit in Tamil Nadu, India Sri Sunku Sunai Industries.

We produce Calcite and Dolomite powder and are now planning to expand into export markets.

Our current product availability:

  • Dolomite – MgCO₃: 36% (200–400 mesh)
  • Dolomite (G3) – MgCO₃: 9% (200–400 mesh)
  • Calcite – CaCO₃: 93%+ (200–400 mesh)

We mainly cater to industries like construction (putty, tile adhesive), but we’re exploring global opportunities.

I’d really appreciate insights from anyone experienced in mineral exports:

  1. Which countries currently have strong demand for 200–400 mesh calcite/dolomite?
  2. What industries should we target internationally ?
  3. What’s the best way to reach reliable buyers/importers?
  4. Any platforms, trade routes, or strategies that worked for you?

We are open to bulk supply and long-term partnerships.

Thanks in advance for your guidance !

Unpopular opinion:

Ads aren’t the problem.

Most businesses just don’t know how to execute.

I’ve seen this across multiple service businesses:

  • running ads without a clear offer
  • weak or generic creatives
  • no real follow-up system
  • expecting leads to magically convert

Then the conclusion is:

“Leads are bad”

“Meta ads don’t work”

“Market is saturated”

But when you fix those fundamentals, results usually change fast.

Another thing I’ve noticed:

Content is heavily underrated for inbound leads.

Not viral content.

But simple, problem-solving content that builds trust before someone even reaches out.

That alone changes how people show up on sales calls.

Curious to hear from others here:

What’s something you tried in marketing that didn’t work and what do you think was the real reason ?

Unpopular opinion : Most businesses don’t struggle because ads don’t work.

They struggle because:

  • no clear offer
  • weak creatives
  • no follow-up system

Then they blame “bad leads.”

I’ve worked with service businesses and seen the same pattern again and again.

When you fix execution, results change.

I’m starting a YouTube series breaking down real businesses + real problems (ads, content, funnels, inbound leads).

To kick it off, I’m doing a few free 1:1 consulting calls.

Only catch: I’ll record the session and use it as content.

If you’re running ads or trying to generate leads and it’s not working, comment what you do + your biggest issue .

I’ll pick a few people to work with.
