How are things in the Baltic states (Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania)?
I've read recently on this sub that things in Lithuania have improved a lot. What about the other Baltic States? How is life as a doctor there? Specifically at each stage of training? How is access to training there and are they too facing increasing competition, how are doctors remunerated (salary or fee for service) etc? Salaried or self employed? Are all specialists paid the same? I find It interesting reading about different realities of medicine in different countries
