Advice

I was diagnosed with carpel tunnel and sent home from work for two weeks, and my job is claiming my injury is not work related based on previous production work however the work load is hugely different and the job I’m at is very demanding. Much more manual where as my previous ones the machines did all the work.

I want to get WC, but they denied me even before they asked for release of my medical records. They went ahead with the STD anyway and it was approved, but if I still go for WC and have a case what should I do?

Update

So my gyno decided to put my on BC to fight my insulin resistance with PCOS, and I’ve been fighting my food control issues, and exercise more. And I’m excited to share that over 21 days I’m down from 246lbs to 238.2lbs, and I just feel really good.

I’ve switched to a breakfast with three eggs, bell peppers, onions, and I season without salt. Then I’ll wait until my spouse gets home and only eat one bowl of dinner. Then a few hours later have a small protein snack.

I feel like I’ve been able to hold off on calories, and I’ve made good progress. I feel so hungry all the time, and it sucks, but it feels good to actually be able to see the change.

PCOS Help

Are there any girlies in here that have dealt with losing weight as someone with PCOS? I’ve had it since I was 19, and have been trapped at 240-250lbs unable to lose it, and it’s starting to really get me down.

I’ve been to many doctors, and have gotten different “solutions” to help, but I really don’t feel like anything has helped, and it making me loose my confidence. I really don’t want to see myself anymore.

I used to walk a lot, and now I work a physical job with a lot of movement. How can I run when everything hurts, and literally moves around.

How did you find to motivation to keep trying?
What there anything specific that gave you that motivation?
