Hello everyone,

Fairly new to this group. I have been working with a client via a third party. It's been 5 years. I started at a rate of 575. Each year I was given an increase of 10-15 euros. Currently my rate is 620 and I have asked for 680 euros. But they offered me 630 euros which is feel is not appropriate

They say they can't offer more as the client uses digitalia agoria index

How should I proceed here?

I am 5+ weeks post treatment, did my breath test yesterday and waiting for the results.

I am just very tired of the insomnia and the anxiety that comes and goes during the day. This is more like a venting post because all doctors say it's in my head and I need to stop thinking. I just don't know how to stop thinking. I take melatonin and if gives me 5 hours of sleep and then I wake up with weird anxious energy all over my body. Don't know how to accept it so it becomes less challenging
