ROM help with radial head replacement

I have a patient who is 12 weeks out from radial head replacement and LCL repair but I feel like we have hit a wall with ROM. She is stuck at ~20 extension lag. If I really crank I can maybe get 15 but I don’t see the point to cause her severe pain for such a short term improvement in ROM. Elbow extension over pressure just leads to compensation at the shoulder so it’s hard to stabilize

Is there something I’m missing? Is it just a slow heal? Im doing prox and distal radioulnar mobs, humeroulnar mobs, bicep x-friction, tricep strengthening, low load long duration stretching at start and end of session with moist heat pulleys.

I’ve educated on her need to stretch throughout the day while at home and I think she realized the importance a bit too late at the last surgeon follow up when they were telling her she should be farther along.

Halp pls

Nail trimming

What do yall use/recommend! I’ve been wanting a dremel style trimmer but not sure if any are better than others.

I’ve heard clippers crush / fracture and can do damage

My mal chews his nails himself a bit but they definitely need touch ups. Any recommendations are appreciated!

Did you lose your AirPod pros in a blue/green case?

I connected to my phone which should have triggered their location to ping in Find My app.

They were turned in to the grocery store whose parking lot the ping came from.

Will not answer DM’s / I don’t have them anymore

Text notifications (FR265)

I have a Forerunner 265 that I got last fall for marathon training. Initially it would receive text messages but some point in December it stopped doing so

I really appreciated that feature as it meant I didn’t have to keep my phone on me at work etc.

I’ve gone thru the watch and the notification & phone settings and can’t for the life of me figure out how to turn these back on.

Has anyone else had this issue and is there a fix? Thank you!

Lavender question

I purchased this lavender a few weeks ago, transplanted it into this pot and then we got pummeled by rain for a few days. (7B Virginia)

Some of the stalks started rotting, I’m assuming due to excess moisture.

I made a plan to just put it in the ground and as I was removing the rotting stems I noticed it’s really like 4 smaller plants.

Do yall think separating the plants and planting separately will be too much shock? Should I just keep it as one even though it’s a little uglier now?
