How to have a happy and healthy marriage?

Do you have any advice for newlyweds? How do you handle disagreements with grace, and what can I do to be the best wife I can be to my husband?

I’ve been a lifelong nail biter/picker, like bad. The kind where I didn’t think I’d ever have “real” nails, and they’d be bitten/ picked down to the nubs and bleeding. It was one of those habits I kept trying to break and always fell back into, and it was so discouraging because it hurt, and I just wanted to have beautiful nails.

But I just hit 5 months of letting them grow… and I’m honestly really proud of myself 🥹 They’re not perfect, and I still have moments where I want to pick, but I’ve learned how to pause, redirect, and just be more patient with myself. That alone feels like a win.

If you’re someone who’s struggling with this right now, I just want to say—it is possible. Progress might feel slow, but it adds up more than you think. You’ve got it Queens ❤️
