I have two tissue cultures currently in the container. They’ve been in there for about three days. Today I noticed they weren’t looking so good and realized the holes at the top were open all the way. I think it’s been like this for less than 24 hours, but it’s still done some damage. I’ve closed the top, but wondering if anyone has any tips to making sure they don’t fully die? How long should I wait to open it a little bit? Should I spray some water inside to create humidity again? Any help would be appreciated! Thank you
