Azithromycin - end Jan to feb
Doxy - March
Fluconazole - March
Nitrofurantoin - April 4
Fluconazole - 1x/week for 3 weeks - beginning May
Metronidazole- May

Those are all the medications I took for infections. Doxy first time was for ureaplasma. Ureaplasma never went away so I took azi. Doxy again was for infection . Fluconazole was for yeast. Nitrofurantoin was for presumed urine infection (never confirmed). Fluconazole— longer treatment for recurring yeast. Metronidazole for BV.

I am taking vaginal probiotics and as well as a gut one. I just finished my last dose of metro today. I feel horrible my stomach is in so much pain… feel like I’m gonna throw up and I feel like I’m about to have diarrhea (TMI! Sorry…). What else can I do? I’ve also been drinking kefir.

Went to er for horrible smell and when I say horrible I mean horrific. I have extreme burning like very intense (my major symptom along w the smell). I have yellow discharge and also Urgency and slight itch. This itch has been ongoing since I tested positive for chlymydia back in March (got cheated on) when doxy thru me off so I did a 3 week fluconazole treatment (1x/week, for 3 weeks)

I had sex last April 17 (new partner) and noticed this smell and horrible burning may 6th

Some key points form my labs:

1. ⁠⁠leukocytes are HIGH/abnormal
2. ⁠⁠- Urine dip was negative/normal for rest
3. ⁠⁠Urine culture negative — no overnight growth
4. ⁠⁠No yeast
5. ⁠⁠Negative for urine STDs — trich, gon, chlym (test done 25 days after sex)
6. ⁠⁠BV swab — “Microscopic findings consistent with bacterial vaginosis” (test done 24 days after sex) — started metronidazole today

also tested for mycoplasma and ureaplasma but won’t but getting that for a few weeks and unfortunately ill be away until July so I can’t treat it till then if it did come back positive.

On April 17 I had sex unprotected …. I took the precautions to get tested after. I tested for gon. and chlym. on April 24th both were negative. I then tested again for chlym, gon, trich on April 30th. All negative. Now, as of May 7th (yesterday), I have had horrible smelling discharge, slightly yellowish, and intense burning when urinating and also just in general. I took yeast infection pills on Monday May 4th and I also just finished my period yesterday. What could this be? I’m so confused. Is there a possibility it could be an STD?
