I think I lost the ability to fall asleep without mirtazipine. The only way I'll fall asleep is after 2 days of no sleep from pure exaustion. And when I do fall asleep it's only for about 30minutes to 4 hours max. I think this is day 6 without mirtazipine. I quit cold turkey 15-30 mg dose. Am I fucked ? How long will I be like this ? What can I do to help my self ? I've been on this stuff for about 5 years
