Are these notes rare? Because if there serial number.

So I ordered iPhone 17 Pro 256GB from Amazon and today when I wake up saw it cancelled, so I contacted customer care of Amazon support. They are telling me to re-order and they will pay different amount in Amazon Pay balance. but I don’t have Credit limit in my Amazon ICICI card which I have previously used, so what should I do? Help me out.
