While I was on Instagram I got memes about that scene in Shreak 2 where they are at the dinner table. And the meme goes like this: Shreak: Plants vs zombies anniversary. -Fiona (USA): Mexican independent day. -Harold: Henry Cavil’s birthday. -Fiona’s mom (Mexico) wait do we celebrate something today? -Fiona (USA): It’s your birthday! -Donkey: Luffy’s birthday.

And a bunch of similar stuff, like Mexicans behaving like a regular day on 5 de mayo, and comparisons like 5 de mayo in America: Mariachis, festive atmosphere, etc. and 5 de mayo in Mexico: Bro Why weren’t there class?

So basically I never really asked why in the media and TV shows and some movie, picture it like that

I personally wouldn’t consider it too crazy, specially since in that fight he had with Venom, when he tries to convince the suit to leave Eddie and return with him, it doesn’t even hesitate. Maybe if it bond with one of his girlfriends it would been a great chance to show him it’s love without him realizing it was there. Besides, I think protecting his loved one would have been a good way to show that it still cared about him.

EDIT: I’m referring that this could had happened back then, not now, there’s no way this could happen after all what happened.
