I’ll be reaching around 7:00 AM, so I’m looking for a budget-friendly hotel that allows early check-in so I can freshen up before heading to the client office.

I have a friend who is applying for a passport reissue because his old passport has expired. He has also changed his address since he shifted to a new place. For proof of address, he currently only has his Aadhaar card.
Will Aadhaar alone be sufficient for the verification process? (He has docs supporting his DOB proof). He’s quite worried because he needs the passport urgently due to an emergency.
Does anyone have any idea or experience regarding this?
