These are the accordions I use, some for gigs, and some for practice at home. I use the Settimio Soprani and Guerrini President at home/studio mostly! Being in the Tamburitzans folklore ensemble of Pittsburgh PA for 4 years, I played lots of shows, so I would take the SIWA accordion with me on tours. The DeFlorio I would use sometimes back home in FL with the Serbian group I was in, but there I would use more often the Guerrini President. Every accordion here is unique, has its unique characteristics and sound!

This is another blast from the past! If you’ve ever seen or heard about the documentary “CHOKE,” about the 1995 Japan Vale Tudo tournament featuring Yuki Nakai and Rickson Gracie, this was the official event poster sold at that event! It was one of the most memorable tournaments of 1990’s MMA, and was Rickson Gracie’s second consecutive tournament win in Japan! A real masterclass! It introduced the US audience to Yuki Nakai! He suffered eye gouging by Gerard Gordeau in the opening round (Nakai is blind in his right eye to this day,) but persevered, beat him with a leglock, and made it to the finals against Rickson Gracie who choked him to a tap! May we show respect to all the pioneers of not only this event but everyone in the primordial days of MMA! - Blago (@blagos_mma_vault on insta!)
