77 kg after losing 40 kg at 18 – Should I finally start a lean bulk?

Hey everyone,
I’m 18 years old and looking for some honest advice because I’m not sure what the smartest move is.

I’m currently 77 kg at 184 cm, and over the last 1.5 years I’ve lost around 40 kg. Most of that time was spent dieting, so I’ve actually never done a proper, controlled lean bulk.
Right now I train:
Gym: 2–3x/week
Wrestling: 2–3x/week
I’ve attached my current physique pictures.
My friends and family keep telling me I’ve gotten too skinny. I also feel like in T-shirts and normal pictures I look pretty flat, almost like I don’t even lift.

I’m wondering what you would do if you were in my position. Would you stay around this weight and try to recomp, or would you finally start a slow lean bulk? If you’d lean bulk, how big of a calorie surplus would you recommend considering I also wrestle 2–3 times a week?
My biggest fear is gaining fat again after losing 40 kg, but at the same time I don’t think continuing to cut makes much sense anymore.
I’d really appreciate any honest feedback on my Question and what you think my next step should be.

Thanks!

Lost 40 kg – Should I bulk to 90 kg or will I just get fat?

Hey everyone,
Over the last two years I’ve lost almost 40 kg (88 lbs) and since then I’ve never done a proper muscle-building bulk with a calorie surplus.
Right now I’m 185 cm (6’1”) and 77 kg (170 lbs). The problem is that I still feel like I’m carrying too much body fat. I’m not sure if it’s actually body fat, some loose skin, or if it’s just body dysmorphia from being overweight for so many years.
My friends all tell me I should finally start bulking because I look pretty flat. To be honest, I feel flat too at 77 kg and don’t think I have much muscle.
My plan is to do a lean bulk until April, aiming for around 90 kg (198 lbs). During that time I’ll be doing Grappling/Wrestling 3–4 times per week and lifting weights twice a week.
My questions are:
Is 77 kg → 90 kg by April a reasonable goal, or is that too aggressive?
Am I likely to just get fat, or could I still look athletic at that weight?
Has anyone here done a lean bulk after a major weight loss? What should I realistically expect?
I’ve attached pictures of my current physique. I’d really appreciate any honest opinions.
