Allow me to introduce: Dr. Martens 1460 Pascal Flame Stiefel in red with glitter-finish. 🤩

My collection consists almost entirely of 70 Hi-Tops. And whilst I really like the look of the ‘Grapes’, they’re cut too wide.

It’s incredibly annoying because the shoe looks completely different on the foot (wider and flatter and they also create creases where there shouldn't be any).

It’s really annoying that companies rarely specify when a model is a wide-fit edition.

Every morning I drink my coffee and have a quick chat with my resident crow. Whenever she hears the patio door, she comes flying over and settles down next to me. We’ve been working on our relationship for two years now. But I have to admit, my aim isn’t to tame her. Things are fine just as they are. 😊

Oh, and she’s at war with my maple tree. She eyes its growth with utter contempt, and as the day goes on, her hostility becomes increasingly physical.

As it’s Mother’s Day today and I’m able to spend a quiet day as a result, I’ve decided to go for a bit of “love” in today’s shoe choice. ☺️
