My daughter will be a sophomore in high school, and our family is considering relocating from New Jersey to the Bay Area within the next year. One of the schools we’re seriously considering is American/Irvington/ Washington so we’d love to hear from current students and parents.
What’s the school culture like? How are the academics, clubs, sports, teachers, and overall student experience? Is it a welcoming place for new students transferring from out of state?
My daughter is understandably a little nervous about making new friends, so if there are any sophomore girls who would be open to chatting with her, answering a few questions, or even becoming friends before we move, we’d be incredibly grateful. Has anyone here successfully treated or significantly improved Graves’ Disease (autoimmune hyperthyroidism) through Ayurveda in India?
I’m particularly looking for recommendations for experienced Ayurvedic doctors, clinics, or treatment centers in India that have helped patients with Graves’ Disease.
If you have Graves’ yourself or know someone who does:
• What Ayurvedic treatment did you follow?
• How long did it take to see results?
• Did your thyroid labs (TSH, Free T3, Free T4, TSI/TRAb antibodies) improve?
• Were you able to reduce or stop medications such as Methimazole under medical supervision?
• Which doctor or center would you recommend?
I’m interested in real patient experiences—both successes and failures—before deciding whether to pursue the Ayurvedic route.
