Paralegal or AML Rightsource

Given the choice between these two entry level roles, comparable pay, are their upsides to this AML WFH role over going into an office daily and networking in real time? Equal interest in both fields. Want to gain experience that will be most transferable to my next job within 5 yrs. Which would be in either this or paralegal as well. Which has nationwide more employability? Job security? Also, so far, the AML seems to have superior benefits to the paralegal opportunity. I have the interview for the paralegal tomorrow, they called today. I'm still onboarding at rightsource, meanwhile. Thanks.

Edit to add: Dad is worried that I won't make the cut on training (I know I consistently score higher than 75% on college online tests) or down the road, so in that sense, would paralegal offer more immediate job security?
