I have always had issues with tampons. I don't know if I bleed too quickly, my blood is too thick, or what but I can put a tampon in and immediately be leaking. I will wipe and make sure everything is clean, I stand, and then there's blood dripping down my thighs. But when I go to pull the tampon out, it's almost completely dry. Sometimes there's large clots stuck to the bottom of it which would make sense in terms of it blocking absorbency but it happens when there are no clots either.

I've tried cups too and I just can't get them to stay so tampons are it for me
