Front suspension replacement cost

I currently have the 2018 Tucson sport and my mechanic is charging me 2800 for the whole front suspension and just the shock absorbers/struts for the back. Is this a good deal or is he over changing me ?

I called my mom to tell her what he was charging me and she said he was over changing for it. She got in contact another mechanic and he said, just buy the parts and I would charge you $350 for the labor.

What should I do ? Is the first mechanic over priced?
