hi everyone! 33F here that suffers from upper back and neck/shoulder pain when sleeping. i sometimes fall asleep on my sides but usually on my back (where i sleep best). i currently have a neck pillow that i got off amazon, but i’ve found that it’s a little too low, which was also my problem with my last one. i end up flipping it around for more elevation but i’m wondering if anyone has recommendations on a pillow with a little more height to it. thanks in advance!!

not sure why but this class has been ruining me. I’m having such a tough time with it and it’s been months of me just dragging because some of it is just not clicking for me.
