Looking for roof replacement options for Eichler house, current roof is tar and gravel. Looking at TPO as an option cost apart, any downside of using this for Eichler house? I heard it could cause condensation issues and can cause wood rot?

What are some of the colleges with strong pure math programs? MIT, Cal, UMich, Princeton, UChicago are fantastic, but trying to look for a balanced list. Student is interested in research and plans for grad school later. Good academic and SAT.

I wanted to see what a second year Ross math program looks like for a student vs doing a college level math course (Complex Analysis form Berkley during summer). My child is admitted to the Ross summer camp for the second time. I am thinking wouldn't take a advanced level math course show more rigor and variety? Hope someone can chime-in to provide some perspective here. Please provide no judgement feedback. thank you.
