Can anyone help indentify this? And explain why the packaging is what it is?
A friend of mine ar work knows I like to collect random hothweels and he came across this 1999 scorching scooter. I've searched and searched but cannot find anything with this color combo and I've never seen packaging like this before, was it a display maybe? Can anyone help please and thank you!!
