I'm looking for editor to edit mostly shorts/reels/tiktoks and to time to time longer videos around 10 min.

But i'm completly new to it i've never hire anyone i do not have a bussines registered (to low incomes)

How it should be payed? Per video, minute or something else?

What's most popular way to use to pay for editor (in EU - where i came from)

Also if you already see that we can talk about it also on discord or priv messages or here if you're looking for little extra job.

I'm mainly looking for simple edits, preferably with subtitles, similar to the style on my channel. My content is mainly stream-based, and my goal is to turn the best moments from my streams into engaging clips/shorts, as this will be my main way of reaching a wider audience.

EXAMPLES I'M TALKING ABOUT WOULD BE AVAILABLE TO GET ON PV MESSAGES. I DO NOT WANT TO SELF PROMO UNDER HELP POSTS

I do not require high crazy skills just simple edit,cut,music etc. It's just simple gameplay, camera - mostly cs2

!!! EDIT: I'M mostly looking to see prices nothing personal i'm not super wealthy and i have household to provide, ofc i wanna psy fair money for any1 who willing to małe good job. Thanks for understanding !!!!

I was doing that by myself but i have no time for it during the day to be consistent

I'm looking for a new pair of headphones.

I mainly use them for listening to music and playing games such as CS. I'm also using a Sound BlasterX G1 USB sound card.

I've been using the ISK HD9999 for the last 4 years, and now I'm looking for something with the following features:

• Wireless (preferably not Bluetooth, since my motherboard doesn't support it, although I could buy a Bluetooth adapter if needed). Wired options are also welcome if there are no good wireless alternatives.
• Very good bass.
• A microphone is not required, but having one would be a nice bonus.
• My budget is around €100.
• It would be great if the headphones are available in Poland.

Hi i'm looking for smartphone for my girlfriend i have some contenders but i want to find the best of the best in my price range. Which is +/- 700€ aka. 800$

My requirements are:

- Top of the top photos and video quality

- Huge disk space 500gb min.

- Good screen OLED / AMOLED

- System which will not be laggy after 6 months

- screen size around 6'5

- strong battery

- 12 ram/16 ram would be nice to have

- no iphones

My contesters are:

- Google Pixel 10a

- OPPO Reno 15 Pro 

- Little over budget is - Xiaomi 15T Pro

- More over budget is Xiaomi 17T Pro but i would consider it work extra hours to make it if it's worth it

EDIT : Poco 8x ultra also looking like a good option
