Reliable customer support outsourcing provider recommendations needed

We are a 40-person SaaS business, and ticket volume grew to be about 800 per month. Our 3-person support team couldn't handle it any more. So, we decided to evaluate BPO options 4 months ago. CSAT score was 87%, which is quite close to our in house numbers. Actually, response times are better than before. It's still early but its not a failure. Just wondering what options have other companies had at this point in time? Especially BPOs working with startups without enterprise minimums. How did evaluation go?

What is the use of data breach monitoring?

It's included in my Onerep subscription and it found my email in a couple of breaches. But should I check it on a regular basis? I just feel like my email has already been exposed, so what's the point. Not really concerned about my accounts because I use 2FA. What is your opinion?

How can I find all the people-search sites that have my data?

Today, I found my old addresses and phone number on TruePeopleSearch. Now I’m paranoid. How to find ALL the other data brokers that contain my information? I want to see the whole picture before I try to wipe it

AITA for refusing to give my brother my CS skins because I don't trust his PC security?

I've been collecting skins since I started playing CS a few years ago. For me it's a kind of hobby. I have an inventory with a nice resale value since I have purchased, exchanged and monitored prices on items actively throughout these years.

I also have a younger brother who plays it. Recently he asked me if I could lend him a couple of skins for a few weeks. At first, I almost agreed, because he's my brother and I didn't mind sharing them for some time.

But then I recalled how he handles his accounts an computer. He downloads random files without checking them, clicks on sketchy links, once lost an old steam account because of an obvious scam and once even said he wanted to see how cheats work. I'm not sure if he used them or not, but these factors influenced my choice.

So I told him I wouldn’t send skins to him. I explained that because if his account gets hit by a scam, hack or ban, my skins will be lost. He said he’s grown up now, turned on 2FA and doesn’t download shady stuff anymore. I replied that I was glad to hear that, but I didn’t want to test it out with my skins.

I even offered to send him $50 so he could get some skins, not ones from my collection because they are pricey, but other fairly good ones.

He got offended and said I was being paranoid about “pixels”. Our mom also overheard it or he told her and several times in our phone call asked on why I was greedy. I made an effort to explain everything to her, but she simply didn't understand what I was trying to say and perhaps thinks I'm really greedy.

I'm not sure how to feel about this now. Maybe I didn't give him a chance to prove that he's changed and was just greedy as all say now. But I don't want to risk my inventory either.

AITA?
