GPU not using full PCIe width.
My 5080 is only showing up as using 8 of the 16 possible PCIe lanes available to it.
I'm using a z790 mobo, with a gen 4 drive in the top NVMe slot, which shouldn't be using the Gen 5 lanes per the block diagram from Gigabyte. I've checked the bios and there's no option for forcing x16. Is it the drive or do I just need to adjust the way the GPU is seated?
