Has myopia made anyone elses nystagmus much worse…
I developed myopia last year and my god, before this i had barely minded my nystagmus but nowadays i can barely see my phone screen 2ft away from me! i never used to have loss of focus but that came along with it too.. can anyone else relate?

helpp does this look like balding?
Im 16 with no family history of balding at early age. my hair is dyed so some of it is blonde hair. for the last few months on my crown its looked like this, no matter the conditioner i put in it it just ends up really frizzy around this area (my crown) and my hair is usually quite volumous but this area always stays down, no hair falls out without combing it. is it just damage or hair loss?
i suspect a lot of the second picture is my blonde roots but i’m not sure

Am i going bald at 16…
im 16yr male and the last month or so i’ve realised the top of my head (where my crown is) is constantly extremely frizzy compared to the rest of my head, even when wet and when it’s dry it is very brittle. So i notice this and decide to take a picture of when both dry and wet and as you can see around my crown has an unusual amount of visibility..
Am i going bald? if not can someone please help suggest some ways to help fix my damaged curls because i really don’t want a buzzcut

Been almost 24 hours since my last snus, ive been a long time user of pablo 50mg on the daily so quitting is a big thing for me especially completely cold turkey. It’s not been too bad this morning but ever since it hit midday till now at about 4 i’ve been feeling really out of it and deathly tired and lethargic, not just like normal tired but i feel like i can’t function at all or think properly. It’s also been paired with a throbbing headache so not the best combination for exam season.
