Hoping for New Chill Gaming Group to Casually Play With 🙏

Life has kept me away from gaming for a while and I’d love to find a new group to casually game with online when I have the time and energy to lol. I used to have a close group I played with every night but adulting caused it to fizzle out and now it’s been a while for me. Life been stressful recently and I remember how much gaming with friends helped with stress relief so hoping to find a new group I can nuzzle my way into 🥲 down to play whatever really as long as it’s not too chaotic starting off. 33 F and located in the US. Adult gamers only pls 🙏 feel free to reach out.

Getting back into online gaming need new online buds to play with pls 🙏

I used to be an avid online gamer but adult life got in the way as it does most of us lol and it’s been a while since I got to game online with friends. Life’s been a tad stressful and I remember the stress relief I had just logging in online with my buddies. My old solid gaming group has moved on to intense COD which is a little too chaotic for me currently lol. Hoping to find a new adult group I could play with on occasion? I don’t have the most flexible schedule so I may be unable to always be consistent but I’d love some new online friends for when I can log on. I’m open to pretty much any game as long as it’s not too hectic starting out 💀 wanting to gradually get back into the online gaming community. I’m F 33 in CST time zone. Interested in Subnautica 2 co op perhaps or Fortnite or whatever else sounds fun. Open to suggestions! Feel free to reach out. Thanks!

General Questions About Cam-type FAI

So I’ve been having chronic deep pain in my right hip for close to 2 years now. I used to be incredibly athletic and highly active and have never experienced hip or groin pain until one day when working out something in my hip suddenly made a deep pop and grinding noise and I felt an immediate pain that sent me to the ground and for the next several weeks it was difficult to walk in general or lift my right leg at all so I saw a physician and he recommended chiropractics but I felt concern because whatever grinding sensation in feeling deep within my hip felt like bone grinding against bone but I took their advice and saw a chiro. I’ve now seen 3 diff chiros and 3 diff physicians expressing I feel something is seriously wrong in my hip socket. It has impacted my daily life and emotional state bc I have been limited ever since and have been unable to return to the life I once had physically and my concerns were not taken seriously by 2 of the 3 physicians I saw about it. They felt it was a sciatic issue and ran tests on my back and found a bulging disc in the lumbar area L4-L5 and said that’s the reason for the pain and flair ups etc but I again advocated that the nerve pain I’ve been getting in my lower back is diff then the chronic hip pain I’ve been dealing with and that I’ve researched my symptoms and am concerned I have a severe hip impingement and the 3rd doctor finally listened to me and gave me the referral Ive been asking for to an orthopedic specialist The pain I feel deep in my hip is a deep throbbing and or dull constant aching pain and I cannot move my leg certain ways without getting the grinding sensation with random flair ups that are so painful and debilitating for several days and it causes me to miss work and have to resort to pain management or injections, I also now have a permanent limp bc I feel it lock up or grind if I extend my right leg too far.

The ortho ran X ray tests immediately and confirmed I have cam type impingement and oval shaped sockets and that I’ve most likely always had it but it was asymptomatic until it finally triggered during my workout that day so now I am pending an MRI with contract because he feels my labrum is most likely torn and damaged but they also found a bone lesion in the same area as the cam FAI and bone spur it’s 2.1cm by .9cm and it’s located on the femoral neck a high stress area and they’re unable to tell if it’s on the cortex or not and cannot yet identify the abnormal lesion so they want the MRI done ASAP and have opted out of me doing PT until my MRI results come back.

Should I be concerned about the bone lesion? I’m just wondering if others out there have dealt with similar and could give me some helpful advice or reassurance. I feel anxiety and emotionally down about it but I’m also beyond ready to have it fixed, I just turned 33 and can’t imagine dealing with this chronically. Does PT even make a difference for the ones that have gone PT route or is surgery going to be the best option? Obvi physical therapy can’t resolve a bone spur rubbing against my labrum and inevitably the spur would need to be removed via surgery. They also want to involve a pain management specialist but I personally want to avoid that route if at all possible and would rather have surgery than manage the pain and discomfort it constantly causes me. Any advice welcome and sorry for the novel.

Insurance Related Question

Hey guys, I have BCBS PPO+ plan and my nightmare with disc issues/Sciatica just started about 2 weeks ago. I have been to urgent care I have been to my primary physician etc and I know I’m in need of an MRI but yesterday during my visit with my primary he said insurance is most likely going to force me to get an X Ray first and potentially even more before they’ll cover an MRI. I do have a history with a chiropractor as well for the last 2 years bc I’ve been dealing with hip impingement a tilted spine my right leg is rotated and shorter than the other etc and my physician has given me a referral to a physical therapist as well as of yesterday and we did the X Ray yest and I’m pending those results and he did go ahead and submit and MRI request just to see if insurance is going to accept it but I was just wondering has anyone else had issues with their health insurance not wanting to cover something regarding bulging discs or sciatica issues etc? I feel it’s so counter productive to force us to get certain things done first and it cost even more money just to have an MRI covered… I have never had to have like in depth scans and testing done I’ve never had it trigger so badly that it debilitated me and currently that’s where I am and now I feel stress that they’re going to give me a ton of issues about getting the testing I need covered? Any advice welcome

I know Leaf isn’t a licensed brand but they’re quickly becoming one of my fav sports hobby boxes to open. Leaf and wild card are my fav non licensed brands. Such pretty and unique designs and the quality is top tier compared to the quality I’ve gotten from panini or Topps just wanted to share :)

Hey all, I’m a 32 yo female who’s been experiencing some dull aching pain in my lower back and hips for a few months now but it was nothing major until suddenly as of last Tuesday night I woke up in the middle of the night to the most severe pain I’ve ever experienced other than a kidney stone. I sustained no injuries in healthy and active at 123 lbs idk what could have happened during my sleep but the pain was so severe I was cold sweating and vomiting. Laying down is impossible as is sitting down. I work in an office as a administrative manager so sitting a lot is part of my job and I have had to miss 3 days in a row now bc of the pain and I have severe weakness in my legs and tingling. Walking is really difficult as is driving at all. The pain has been a 10/10 when sitting or laying down and about a 7/10 standing but it’s constant no matter what I do. I’ve lost nearly 10 lbs in the last week due to the pain because I cannot sleep or eat. I went to the ER last Saturday and now I’m being sent to a specialist but my appt is on May 22nd so still some time away. I cannot afford to miss more work and idk what to do. I do have pain management they prescribed but I’m allergic to most narcos and I’m also on steroids muscle relaxers and nerve medication. They gave me a steroid injection directly into my back last Saturday but it wore off about 48 hours later. The meds I’m having to take daily make my stomach very sick and I just feel like total garbage. It’s wearing me down quick. Does anyone have anything that has helped them with the severe pain? Any tips or advice on what I could do? I’m desperate for relief and not much is helping 😥 any advice is GREATLY appreciated and my heart breaks for any of us dealing with this right now because it’s debilitating 😩 praying for a solution 🙏
