we love, delicious food in a local bar, dive bar, Irish pub type of setting. I know Tribeca‘s a little high-end but does anyone have any recommendations?

because reta is more of a fat burner and less of a appetite suppressant does it have less or different symptoms than glps? I’m on Mounjaro and love it but I get pretty significant pain in my right side from constipation. I try every remedy and it does help but wondering if reta might be a better option. Also the “fat burning” sounds great since I’m an older women with a fat belly. In general I eat healthy and move a lot.
