I joined the company about four months ago, but I'm not satisfied with the work I've been assigned because it doesn't align with the role I was hired for. I'm currently in discussions for another opportunity. Since my offer letter doesn't mention any probation period, would it be okay if I resigned now?

I have joined in Deloitte usi 4 months back.I am underpaid now too low .another offer is in discussions soon will get that offer.If I resign now there won't be any issues right?

No probation mentioned in my offer letter.
