Landlord deducted deposits for dirty walls [CA]

Hi,

I lived in an apartment for 13 almost 14 years, and recently got my own place and moved out, today I received an email from my landlord saying she will need to charge me for cleaning the walls ( I admit there are some marks on the walls from the furniture, but after 14 years, they should repaint the apartment instead of cleaning it. I means she just mentioned that she will find somebody to clean it😂 I attached some photos she sent to me. Please help!!!! Basically she wants to charge me for the whole deposits ($1350).

Should I just go ahead and go to the small claim court? Never done that before😞😞😞

Please advice!!!!

Buyer never replied, what should I do

Hi, I’m relocating to a new place and started to sell some of the furnitures, there is a buyer wants to buy the whole set of bed frame and mattress, and told him I do not hold things since I will not be able to resell due to the limited time, he agreed to pay me a deposit, didn’t show up at the first scheduled meet up, and never replied my message..then today he asked for a refund, I will move on Friday, there is no way for my to get rid of my bed sets anymore!!!

I assume deposit means if you don’t pick up it’s on you, you lose the money?
