Is this a German Cockroach or an outdoor wood one? Bedroom floor upstairs in NJ

Context: I saw this in my upstairs bedroom just chilling on the floor. I take out my trash every single night, never leave dishes undone. I’m pretty clean but the only thing is I have a cat and his food crumbs might sometimes be out. I live in an area in NJ with lots of trees and wildlife. I found the roach on the floor of my bedroom next to a window that I was slightly ajar for 24-36 hours. Not to sway what it could be, but maybe it climbed in? We’re in stinum right now. The pictures are not that great.

Spontaneous Pneumothorax Surgery Found Nothing

My dog Simba who is 8.5 years old, a giant mixed breed is currently in the ICU. He was perfectly healthy, two months ago all labs were clear. We gave him the best food, weight management, supplements, exercise. He was never alone, always had 1 person home with him.

He randomly couldn’t breathe this past weekend. We rushed to the ER and he collapsed and I watched him die. They revived him and said his lungs had air, it’s a rare situation, and he needed a hospital. We took him to the hospital, we’re $18500 deep in. They said if the CT was clear there’s a definite air leak. They did surgery found nothing. The staff really tried, they even said maybe it healed on its own as it can sometimes however he’s the only patient the surgeon has had that continues to leak despite finding no source. Now we are waiting for him to heal despite the insane cost component. There isn’t another option. Has anyone ever dealt with this and did it resolve with an ICU stay!

TLDR: dog had a collapsed lung.. did all the works including surgery found no source. No mass, no cancer, no disease and did surgery but no visible leak. Did a blood patch and waiting to hear results.
