Physical

Hello, practicing for an underground lineman test physical. I failed the above ground, they had us drive and remove 5 lags in 6 minutes, just ended up missing too many times with the hammer and only getting 4.5 in.

Looking for any tips/expierence on your physicals? Also for driving and pulling lags, any and all input welcome, thanks.

Good Sub Growth, No View Growth?

Hi all, just had a quick question. My shorts only youtube channel has grown to just about 860 subs in about 4 months. Throughout that time, I have only managed the same view numbers, some between 2-600, some crossing 1000, and some sub 10. It seems to be a pattern of 800-1200 view on one, then drop down, to usual, then almost none, then usual, then big bang like a tide, just curious if i'm doing something wrong here or if this is the usual.

Youtube video, Cowboy Bebop

Hey all, just looking for help trying to find a Cowboy Bebop youtube video.

It was pretty popular years ago, it was an edit with no speaking, just a ripping song that I believe started with some kind of drum roll. I think the title was either You're gonna carry that weight or See you, space cowboy.

I believe the thumbnail was the classic of him smoking and smiling. I mustve been through every single Cowboy Beboo AMV and not found it, any help would be appreciated.

Hello. I am looking to improve my body significantly to become more attractive for my spouse. She loves my body as is, but she is a wonderful woman and deserves a more attractive husband.

I have taken the liberty of losing 60 pounds in preparation for this (6 ft, 250.8 -> 190.8, im sorry if the images are out of order i cant figure that out).

I am looking for some kind of routine to build my back, front and arms that I can do 6 times a week over 60 days, as in 60 days we have a beach vacation planned and i'd like to be a changed man for her. I will be switching my diet tomorrow to have atleast 180 grams of protein, and will be making sure I get atleast 8 hours of sleep at night to cover the basics, as well as cutting out junk food.

I am not too worried about my legs as I have lifting experience and a couple of years of being a football lineman under my belt, so they are of good size and stature.

Any advice would be wonderful, I am intending to go to planet fitness for lifting, so what ever they have there will be my available equipment. I'm really wanting to give this 100%, thank you all.
