Do I have time to max out this social link or should I just give up?

Its currently 12/22 and these are the only non-auto social links that I have not completed

Sun: Rank 9

Magician: Rank 7

Emperor: Rank 8

Strength: Rank 7

Temperance: Rank 7

Hanged man: Rank 1 (!!)

Now Hanged man is the one I am most worried about. Appreciate any help. If there is simply not enough time I'm thinking of just using the January free time for bike ride, Yukiko 3rd awakening and maybe some other stuff instead of doing the SL halfway.

Do I have enough time to max all my social links?

Just unlock Adachi's dungeon and these are the SL that I have not maxed :

Strength Lv5

Sun Lv6

Magician Lv6

Emperor Lv5

Temperance Lv5

Hanged Man Lv1

I plan on doing only Yukiko's third awakening because I feel like if I do some of others the time could be really tight....or if it's straight up not possible to max all SL I'll just abandon hanged man (for some reason I just completely forgot about Naoki. It seems his story is quite good but too late for me now lol) and do all my party members awakening instead.

  • Mog Tag
  • You get rewards based on how well you perform in minigames

Weapon Manufacturing

  • Find adamantite around the world in dungeons, chests and side content
  • Aileen will help forge weapons

Coliseum

  • Fight powerful bosses "There are between five and ten monsters, maybe. I can’t give you an exact number" according to the director in the Japan Expo in Paris few days ago

Twelve Legendary Arms

  • Fight bosses to get legendary weapons (Kinda like the sealed castle in FFV)

  • Around 10 in total, when summoned they join the battle for three turns before unleashing an immensely destructive attack. So far we have Siren, Ifrit, Shiva, Titan, Leviathan, Odin and Ramuh.

Visions (26 in total, 16 from mainline FF and 10 from FFBE)

Cecil, Former captain of the Red Wings, the empire’s airship fleet. He employs both light and dark elemental attacks, but can also defend and heal, making him quite versatile.

Bartz, A young man who travels the world on his chocobo companion Boko. He wields a sword imbued with fire and ice magic and can stagger foes with relative ease.

Squall, A candidate for SeeD, an organization that was formed to rid the world of sorceresses. The more he uses standard attacks in battle, the more damage he deals with them.

Zidane, A member of Tantalus, a theater troupe and thieves’ band. This thief, however, doesn’t just steal items—he can also sap enemies’ vitality and speed while augmenting his own abilities.

Tidus, A renowned blitzball player from Zanarkand. He turns the tide of battle by increasing the party’s speed with Haste, then assailing his foes with wind and water attacks to stagger them.

Do you think future Octopath games should include character potraits during cutscene/dialogue?

So I recently finished Adventures of Elliot and it was a good game but one thing I liked was seeing the character potraits and expressions during certain cutscenes, which really helped convey their emotions imo. Octopath characters artwork uses the same artstyle as far as im concerned and while playing Elliot I thought it would be nice if Octopath got the same treatment. But I could see the argument for not including them as well since it gives OT more individuality and retains the retro/throwback feel of old school JRPGs with pixels only, leaving more to the player's imagination. Im curious what others think!

JRPGs with good enemy variety

Any recommendations on JRPGs with good enemy variety? Hopefully with a number of unique monster designs and little reskins. I recently played Adventures of Elliot and the enemy variety in that game left me feeling very unsatisfied. Also had the same problem with Tales of Arise.

Some games that I played that fit the bill are older FF games, I would say FF5/7/9, Romancing SaGa 2 Remake and Ys VIII, the latter two which had surprising amount of unique enemies considering their low budget. Don't care if it's turn based or action. Platform is PC only as I don't own a PlayStation or Switch. Many thanks!
