Can I get a crosshair in 3rd person shooters for gamepad play?

I have just discovered the world of uevr. I think playing flat games in vr with a gamepad controller sitting up in bed is the best thing ever. However, Remnant 2 has no crosshair and is unplayable imo. Is this the case for every 3rd person shooter? Are there fixes? I dont want to play in first person or with motion controls. I like the idea of keeping the game exactly the same apart from being inside the world within the headset. Thanks.

Can I use this slider for mixture control? Msfs24

I can't for the life of me work out how to bind this for mixture control in msfs24. Seems like the perfect place to put it but it just resets to default centre position after I stop moving the slider. I dont have any other bindings for anything mixture related on any other devices and auto mixture is turned off. Its an orion 2. Please help 🤦‍♂️

Help me bind these switches.

With these 3 way switches, I have to make two movements for the game to register an action in the binding menu. Am I right in assuming if I start in the position I want to bind, move away and back again, this will bind the correct setting?

I cant get simapp to load a profile so Im binding from scratch and and very new to this.

Does sim rate work beyond 4x speed?

Ive given up on trying to not skip on longer flights for the moment. Every time I go faster than 4x speed even cruising a straight line at 36000 ft, the plane death wobbles and everybody dies. What gives? 🤷🏽‍♂️
