Advice on outdoor adhesive

I had these trees carved , the one on the left is half rotten and I would like to mosaic some of the rivulets made by the chain saw. The wood is wet and will be wet for months. I’m seeking advice on adhesive to use . Appreciate the help!

Williston North Dakota on the Empire Builder

I am planning a round trip here from Seattle to visit the Badlands. Is it easy to find and arrive to the car rental place I see present at the airport in Williston? . Are the trains on time and will the car rental place be open late afternoon? Any other suggestions to visit the national parks via Williston?
