How do Canadians currently feel about Issac Brock?
I’m from Guernsey, Channel Islands and I’m a massive history nerd so naturally I’ve been obsessed with Issac a couple of times. Living in Guernsey my whole life has made me realise that we really don’t care for him that much despite that he was born in Guernsey.
Over in Guernsey we do have a couple of statues and that but nobody talks about him and a lot of our young people mostly teens have never even heard of him. Which disappoints me since he’s such an amazing guy.
So I’m just really curious if people in Canada still care for him and if so do you do anything to show that appreciation?
