SCP-1981

It took about 30 minutes of going frame by frame to see if the ones that looked close enough were the real ones (Some of them might be off by 1 or to frames so please forgive me :<, it's also important to note that it's very hard to see if its the actual image with all the heavy editing and blurring so maybe I took a screenshot of a really similar frame.) So I'm 88% sure it's the real ones

The first 2 were easy enough to get but for the other ones I had to guess by how the microphones sat in correspondance to Reagan's shirt and tie (along with the podium not covering his right arm fully, his chin in accordance to his tie and the courtains)

The man at the far left in the first image was edited to become SCP-1981-1, with his hands clapping staying intact

(Shoutout to the Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation & Institute for posting the full speech for free on youtube)

The mugshot of an angry black man was photoshopped (Racism warning)

The image was edited to make him appear more like the racist stereotype of a "black brute"

The original mugshot seemed to be used as a template for impact font memes in sites like 4chan (the 3rd image is the first meme that was created with it, this being october 4th 2009)

The earliest I could find the original image was in July 23 2008, and the earliest of the edited image was on May 30,2012

Idk if this breaks rule 10, but in any case I do not condone these edits and memes

Pearto's face was taken from her original design

Idk if it's only me but seeing the face alongside the body just feels weird... like that one image of a youtuber at a convention

If only there was a name for this kind of effect😞 /s

The image that was altered for the album cover of Atrocity Exhibition by Danny Brown

The OG image was created by Timothy Saccenti who later edited it into the purple and glitched version. He also took other photos of Danny Brown which are also really cool :D

(Also Atrocity Exhibition is fire, highly recommend it)

this stupid thing people say when talking about rap music

The moment anything related to rap music is mentioned they inmediately think it's the most violent gangsta rap that is promoting drugs and killings. I don't expect people to know every single rap subgenre but it drives me insane when i'm playing something like childish gambino outloud and someone comes up to you and says that you're playing "gangster music" (real story btw)

It really doesn't help that a lot of the reasons people think of rap like this is because of racist stereotypes, even if they themselves are not racist

Another gripe I have with people missunderstanding rap is how they only imagine rap as either gangsta rap, trap or "anything with a lot of fucked up autotune" (real quote a friend of mine said when talking about our music tastes)

TL;DR: I dont like the mentality some people have around rap and how according to them, it's simply "thug music", despite how broad of a genre it is, and how most of those beliefs are based on racist stereotypes

Why is this community so obsessed with yuri?

Like every 10 posts there's yuri, but why is there such an overlap between yuri enjoyers and vocaloid enjoyers?
