Hello! I've had FND for a year and a half now and I've gone to many individual specialists for various symptoms that did nothing and charged me at least $100. I'm scheduled to go to Mass Gen Brigham FND clinic in a few weeks and I'm scared. What do they do?

I was very hesitant to book the appointment because I'm worried they will just refer me to more specialists or tell me that I'm doing all the right things (acupuncture, yoga, routine, regulating sleep schedule, massage therapy, CBT, meditation, breathwork, stress management, medication, etc.)
Anyone have experience with this clinic or other clinics? It's been somewhat traumatic to get my hopes up for potential solutions just to go to inaccessible doctors offices and be told they can't help me.
Any advice or personal experience is appreciated. 🫶
