Any Interstellar Mod Recommendations?

I recently did an interstellar rescue mission in ksp with stock parts, no ion engines, and no wormholes, I liked the experience but I am sad I didn't document it any further or make it any more difficult, so I am taking recommendations for any good interstellar mods, I am really open to any mod but Ive already seen all the Cosmic Serenity stuff so don't recommend that. When I am done with the mission I will definitely be posting a time lapse of the whole mission so look forward to that.

Interstellar Rescue Mission (stock parts) (no wormholes) (no ion engines) (no kraken drives)

Oh no! Jebediah has blundered a bit and accidentally got stuck on an alien object 800 Trillion kilometers away!

No problem

What the hell Jeb

(I am not playing multiplayer)

I was in the middle of an interstellar mission trying to link up with my moho space station (cause of course everyone has one of those) so i could refuel before going into the cosmic serenity wormhole, but every time my kerbals would board through the ladder an unnamed kerbal would be stuck on the ladder and id have to reload save. the unnamed kerbal could be switched to via the ] key while it was on the ladder but it wouldnt take any inputs, so i solved the problem by using the cheat menu to put it in orbit of a black hole. anyways shortly after banishing this unnamed kerbal to the shadow realm this happened. honestly really uncanny cause like literally why did this happen. If anyone has an explanation id like to hear it.

Honestly the weirdest part about it is that it turned off after a few seconds even though I wasn't giving any inputs to make it stop.

Every Horse Inside the Powerplant

I put every (herbivore) horse, human, deer, giraffe, doesn't matter they're all inside the powerplant walls with gates securing them in, now what?

I have already had the idea to make a caterpillar island or maybe a dinosaur island, i'm not sure but I'm curious what suggestions people have

(the carnivores were all turned to glue, 4300$ made if you were wondering)
