Advice?

I recently started actually wearing my hair out (I e not in a slick back) and starting to feel super discouraged. My hair is always frizzy and nothing I do seems to work. The crown area is also disastrous. My last trim was end of May so I’m assuming I need to go in for another one? Any tips?

Serious question about the job search

Genuine question: has anyone applied dry (without a contact/lead) and actually landed a P-level job in recent months? I’m starting to feel super discouraged. Already in the UN system (UNOPS) but having a really difficult time landing a P contract. Need a bit of hope from those who’ve made it happen!
